We’ll be utilizing the Galveston College Culinary Arts facility where we’ll learn some seaside cooking tips that would make Marcellus (our books Octopus hero) proud. Join us at the Galveston College Seibel Wing at 1 PM for her keynote speech, followed by a 15 minute Q and A, and 2 PM book signing. Refreshments will be served!
